We are the Wyoming High School robotics team from Wyoming, MI. Over the past 22 years our team has had grown into a amazing team of students, mentors, parents, and alumni. Having the goal to introduce students into a fun and competitive atmosphere of robotics.

Robotics gives a challenging and exciting way to learn the STEM. Having 6 weeks to build a functional robot provides real-world hands-on experience for problem solving, creativity, and collaboration.
We connect with our local community, showing others the fun of STEM.
FIRSTⓇ Robotics is dedicated program for inspiring students interest and participation in science and technology. One of its primary programs is the FIRSTⓇ Robotics Competition (FRC), which brings together high school students, mentors, and professionals to design, build, and compete with robots. Every year a new game is introduced to challenge problem solving skills and team work.
Our philosophy is to provide a professional constructive environment for students to learn. Setting up our student-led team to have the highest educational impact. We have an outstanding Robotics Lab provided by Wyoming Public Schools. Allowing our students to create anything they can imagine!
Robot control is all done by software. Students get to learn how to program in a professional development environment that is used in most companies.
Students learn how to design components and parts on Solidworks. This process is very important to get a robot concept to reality.
The tedious task of routing wires and connecting various components is the name of the game. Students will learn how to carefully handle sensors, motors and control boards.
In our lab we have various tools available for students to learn how to use. Everything from using a lathe, milling, and TIG welding.
One of our foremost goals is to bring students in to learn STEM and robotics. Students will learn to network and reach out to industry leaders.
